What a fantastic Saturday in the first week of November! The sun bathed us in warm, cozy rays, and the breeze brushed past gently and softly—autumn was in full swing. The company team-building event kicked off right on schedule. We office workers left our desks behind, setting off with anticipation and energy. This fun-filled yet challenging little gathering totally maxed out our weekend joy!

Group Competitive Sessions: Unlimited Creativity

The activity opened with the instructor leading several icebreaker games to liven up the atmosphere, followed by a dynamic team grouping session that immediately boosted the on-site vibe.

Participants were divided into random teams, and each group moved quickly to select a team leader, devise a team name, choose a team song and create a distinctive formation. A series of vibrant team names emerged, including “Match Match Team”, “Hidden in Blue Team” and “Great Mountain Team”. Resonant team songs filled the venue, and the innovative formation displays garnered rounds of applause. This process instantly narrowed the distance between members and fostered a natural sense of team belonging.

Fun Games & Collaborative Challenges

Frisbee Competition: Full of Vitality

Following the team display session, the intense and exciting frisbee game got underway. Team members worked in tacit cooperation, with running, passing and throwing movements all embodying strength and technique. Frisbees traced beautiful arcs in the air, and the venue was filled with continuous cheers and yells. Participants released their vitality during the runs and enhanced their friendship through teamwork.

Unite to Build Blocks, Consolidate Strength

Following that came the collaborative block-building challenge, which was undoubtedly a great test of the teams’ cooperative capabilities. Members of each group gathered around, constructing blocks cautiously. Some were responsible for directing the layout, and others focused on the assembly—each step integrating the collective wisdom and hard work of the team.

Despite minor setbacks during the process, the teams supported one another and made timely adjustments. Eventually, numerous "block towers" stood tall, profoundly interpreting the team spirit of "Unity is strength" .

Blindfolded Stick Duel: Double the Fun

The blindfolded stick duel session brought the on-site atmosphere to a climax. Team members put on blindfolds, held inflatable sticks, and groped around to "duel" within the designated area. Some participants proceeded cautiously to probe their opponents, while others charged forward bravely to "attack". The occasional accidental hits triggered waves of laughter across the venue. Everyone let go of their inhibitions amid cheers and laughter, fully enjoying the fun brought by the game.

Free Time: Relax and Unwind

After the intense games, a period of relaxed and casual free time followed.

The buffet barbecue area was filled with an enticing aroma. Everyone divided the work and collaborated closely, busying themselves with great enjoyment. The skewers on the grill sizzled continuously, and the fragrance wafted through the air once the seasonings were sprinkled on. People grilled and ate at the same time, chatting freely about life and work, and the whole scene was brimming with joy and harmony.

At the archery range, everyone transformed themselves into "master archers", taking aim, drawing bows and releasing arrows, and relishing the fun and challenges brought by archery.

Happy moments always pass quickly, and the half-day team-building activity concluded successfully amid cheers and laughter.

This activity not only allowed everyone to relax physically and mentally after busy work, but also deepened mutual understanding and trust through interesting interactions, making everyone profoundly realize the importance of team collaboration. Going forward, we will integrate this unity and enthusiasm into our work, unite our efforts, and jointly write a new chapter in the company’s development!
